Phoebe (she/they) is a costume designer + stylist from Staten Island, NYC.Phoebe attended the fashion institute of technology, where she received her AAS in Fashion Design and BFA in Fabric Styling, with a minor in film studies.Since graduating, they have worked on a variety of projects; ranging from local theatre, to Off-Broadway, to New York Fashion Week.
